Dr. Sara Wernimont, DDS

Dr. Wernimont grew up in Hazel Green, Wisconsin – later moving to Monona, Iowa and graduated from MFL Marmac High School. She then joined the Iowa Air National guard, where she served for 6 years. During that time she attended the University of Northern Iowa, where she earned a degree in Biology and Chemistry. Dr. Sara continued her education at the University of Iowa Dental College, graduating from there in 2017 with her degree in DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery).

Dr. Wernimont enjoys providing care for people of all ages, with special interest in children and root canals. Dr. Wernimont’s professional memberships include Iowa Dental Association, The American Dental Association, and North Iowa Dental Seminars.

 Outside of Dentistry, Dr. Wernimont is married to Chris and together they have 2 daughters, Noraa and Scarlett. She enjoys running, sports, Nebraska football, and the Green Bay Packers. During the summer they like to spend time at the Lost Island Lake with family.
